A server at Bloo Lounge will be responsible for providing a first-class experience to our guests, from the moment they walk into Bloo Lounge until they leave. Our ideal server is skilled at coordinating tasks, making quick decisions and solving problems; they can handle multiple tables at once—paying attention to detail while ensuring that our guests have a great time.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide a friendly, warm, and professional experience to all of our guests.
• Take orders from customers and deliver them quickly and accurately.
• Provide recommendations on hookah, food items and drinks.
• Be attentive to the needs of the guests, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, etc.
• Check-in with customers throughout their experience to ensure they are happy with the service.
• Keep your area clean and tidy at all times.
• Be knowledgeable about our menu and all food and drink items, including pricing and promotions.
• Follow all health code regulations and company policies at all times.
• Process payments, including cash, credit card and debit card transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Serving It Right certified.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, other staff members and management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience as a server in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
