We'll train you in everything from identifying and preparing the perfect shisha and tobacco blends to creating the perfect hookah experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly, warm, and professional experience to all of our guests.
• Prepare hookah and shisha for customers according to their needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Memorize the different brands, flavours, and types of shisha and tobacco available to our customers.
• Offer recommendations for customers based on their preferences, and answer any questions they may have.
• Monitor inventory levels of shisha and tobacco in order to ensure proper supply levels for our customers at all times.
• Properly clean and maintain hookah pipes, hoses, and prep area.

Job Requirements:

• Passion for hookah.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, other staff members and management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Past experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar is an asset.
